Alot has changed since the last time I blogged.
It takes time to heal
There is nothing like taking the time necessary to heal from all ailments. Whether it be an emotional or physical ailment, time needs to be taken to recover. If one jumps back into the saddle too soon they run the risk of relapse or being worse off than before.
Ask the right question
To get the knowledge that one wants or needs, all one needs to do is ask the right question. The answer to that one question can give all the answers to possible follow up questions. For this to be successful one has to know what their objective is, what it is that you want to know.
