Alot has changed since the last time I blogged.
It takes time to heal
There is nothing like taking the time necessary to heal from all ailments. Whether it be an emotional or physical ailment, time needs to be taken to recover. If one jumps back into the saddle too soon they run the risk of relapse or being worse off than before.
Ask the right question
To get the knowledge that one wants or needs, all one needs to do is ask the right question. The answer to that one question can give all the answers to possible follow up questions. For this to be successful one has to know what their objective is, what it is that you want to know.

On the way home yesterday I saw the most interesting thing.I’m having a hard time figuring out what the person who posted it had in mind at the time. What I can say for sure is that careful thought is an after process in this case. Take a look

Kingston Restaurant Week November 17, 2008

Last year this week long event missed me. Reason being that it took me by surprise. This year i was better prepared but with less time to spare. That being said i ended up only visiting one restaurant with my wife and that restaurant is Bamboo Village. It was good to be able do dine out at one of the top restaurants in town. Another good thing is the availability of dishes that one wouldn’t consume on a regular basis whether because of the cost or otherwise.
I was most pleased with one dish. The presentation was just exceptional. The taste, great. That dish was the Seafood War Bar.
The only problem with the day was that I forgot to bring my camera. That mistake won’t be repeated. The pics i have were taken from a cell phone so they aren’t so great.
